POS with offline mode
Fast checkout with multiple registers per store that keeps selling without internet and syncs sales and stock once it reconnects.
We build the POS, inventory and reporting your chain needs to sell the same way in every store, move stock between locations and close every register without reconciling by hand.
Multi-location retail software from Athyrium Studio combines a POS that keeps selling offline, consolidated real-time inventory, store-to-store transfers, shift-based register closings, per-store dashboards and franchise royalty reporting. It connects to your accounting, payment processor and online store, and it handles e-invoicing rules in Colombia, Mexico and Spain when you sell there.
When the internet drops at one store, checkout stops and the line goes out the door.
One location runs out of a product while another has too much, and nobody sees it in time.
Register closings do not balance, and we find the gap days later.
Franchisees send sales in different spreadsheets, so royalty reports are always late.

Stock for every store and warehouse in one view, transfers with receiving confirmation, low-stock alerts and cycle counts.
Opening and closing by cashier, counts by payment method and every variance logged with who, when and which store.
Sales, margins, best sellers and turnover by store, comparable side by side with the same cutoff hours.
Sales by franchisee, royalty and marketing fund calculations, and a catalog and promotions controlled from headquarters.
Orders from your online store and delivery apps land in the right store's queue and draw from the same inventory.
Each store issues receipts and keeps customer data under different rules depending on the country, and we design the POS around these rules from the architecture up.

Yes. Each register stores sales locally and keeps checking customers out, then syncs sales and inventory with headquarters once the connection returns, without creating duplicate receipts. Where e-invoicing applies, documents are sent following the local contingency rules, and the dashboard shows which stores still have pending syncs.
In most cases, yes. We integrate with processors and terminals that offer an API or SDK, such as Stripe Terminal or Square, and with local acquirers in Latin America. Keeping card data inside the terminal and the processor also keeps most of your POS out of PCI DSS scope.
Yes. Sales from each franchisee flow into the same system, royalties and marketing fund contributions are calculated with the rules in your franchise agreements, and each franchisee gets a statement they can check against their own sales. Headquarters controls the catalog and promotions, while franchisees run the daily operation.
Yes. We work remotely with chains in the US, Mexico, Colombia and Spain. The POS uses one inventory and reporting core with a document module per country: electronic POS receipts with the DIAN in Colombia, CFDI 4.0 through a PAC in Mexico and VERI*FACTU-ready invoicing in Spain.
It depends on scope and the number of stores, so we start with a phased plan after the first meeting. Usually one pilot store goes live first, your team adjusts the workflow with real customers, and then the remaining locations follow in waves, each with its own opening inventory count.
We will walk through how you sell, move stock and close registers at each location. We sign an NDA before you share sales data, inventory or franchise agreements.
