Vehicle inventory and aging
Status, location and days on lot for every unit, with aging alerts and listings pushed to the marketplaces you use.
We build dealership, service department and shop-floor software around how your team sells, repairs and produces, connected to your DMS, your accounting and the channels customers use.
Dealership management software development at Athyrium Studio includes new and used inventory with aging alerts, lead tracking by source, financing paperwork with e-signatures, repair orders, parts with automatic reorder points, technician scheduling and customer updates by text or WhatsApp. For manufacturers, we build production tracking by station and shift, connected to your ERP.
Used units sit on the lot for weeks before anyone flags their age.
Service advisors spend the morning calling customers with status updates.
The parts counter learns a part is out of stock when the technician asks for it.
Our DMS covers the basics, but every custom report means another Excel export.
Status, location and days on lot for every unit, with aging alerts and listings pushed to the marketplaces you use.
Leads by source and salesperson, credit applications sent to your lenders and deal documents signed electronically.
Check-in with photos, inspection findings, customer approval by text, technician assignment and actual time on each job.
Stock by location, automatic reorder at minimum levels and traceability from each part to the repair order that used it.
Shares repair estimates, books service, reports vehicle status and sends maintenance and warranty reminders, then hands off to a person.
Work orders, station check-ins, downtime and quality records with shift-level indicators, like a MES shaped around your plant.
If you run a vehicle inspection center or invoice in Colombia, these rules shape the workflow, and we account for them from the architecture up.
Colombia's Ministry of Transport rule for licensing vehicle inspection centers (CDA) and reporting inspection results to RUNT.
Requirements for inspection bodies, the basis for ONAC accreditation and ongoing surveillance of Colombian inspection centers.
DIAN rule for electronic invoicing and equivalent documents, covering vehicle, parts and service sales in Colombia.
Colombia's personal data law for buyer and service customer records, including consent for marketing campaigns.
Card data security standard for dealers and shops that take card payments at the counter or online.
Often, yes. Many dealers keep their DMS for accounting and OEM reporting and add custom tools around it. Platforms like CDK Global expose APIs through Fortellis, and we build on whatever access your DMS provider grants your rooftop. If an integration is not available, we tell you before writing any code.
Yes. The advisor sends a link by text or WhatsApp with photos and notes from the inspection, and the customer approves or declines each item. The approval is stored on the repair order with a timestamp, so there is no argument later about what was authorized.
Yes. In Colombia we build inspection center software around Resolución 3768 de 2013: lane-by-lane workflow, results capture, reporting to RUNT through the channels it enables and evidence organized for ONAC surveillance. The same approach works for fleet or pre-purchase inspection programs in other countries.
Yes. We work remotely with dealers, repair shops and manufacturers in the US, Mexico, Spain and Latin America. Each project adapts to local listing marketplaces, invoicing rules and the messaging channel your customers prefer, whether that is text in the US or WhatsApp almost everywhere else.
You get 30 days of free support while your advisors, technicians and parts staff use the system day to day, so we can fix issues and tune the workflow quickly. After that you can add an optional maintenance plan or hand it to your own team, since the code and accounts are already yours.
Book a call and we will map your sales, service or production workflow with you. We sign an NDA before you share repair orders, reports or customer data.
