Load planning and dispatch
Loads, trucks and drivers on one board, with document checks before dispatch and EDI load tenders from your shippers.
We build TMS platforms, driver apps, utility billing and field service tools for carriers, 3PLs and energy companies, connected to your telematics, accounting and regulators.
Transportation management system development at Athyrium Studio covers load planning, route optimization, real-time tracking, freight audit, driver apps with proof of delivery, EDI with shippers and filings such as Colombia's RNDC manifests or Mexico's Carta Porte. For energy and utility companies, we build customer portals, smart-meter data handling, time-of-use billing and field work orders.
Dispatch runs on a whiteboard and a group chat, so nobody knows which truck is free.
Shippers call for ETAs because our tracking portal shows yesterday's data.
Carrier invoices do not match what was agreed, and we catch it after paying.
Meter reads arrive in different file formats, and billing is rebuilt by hand every cycle.
Loads, trucks and drivers on one board, with document checks before dispatch and EDI load tenders from your shippers.
Routes planned with traffic and delivery windows, live positions from your telematics and alerts for delays or unplanned stops.
Photos, signatures and exceptions captured on the driver's phone, even without signal, and synced as soon as it returns.
Each carrier invoice checked against the agreed load terms, accessorials and proof of delivery before it goes to payment.
Usage, smart-meter reads, bills and online payments for every customer, with time-of-use billing under your rules.
Crews receive work orders on their phones, capture geotagged evidence and feed regulatory reports from the same data.
Manifests, freight terms and metering follow strict rules in Latin America, and we design each workflow to help your team meet them without retyping data.
Colombia's Ministry of Transport rule making the RNDC the only valid channel for cargo manifests, with real-time loading and unloading reports.
Colombia's freight reference system: if the agreed freight falls below the minimum it calculates, the manifest is not issued.
SAT electronic document for moving goods in Mexico, with details on the cargo, route and transport.
Colombian energy regulator's rule setting conditions for advanced metering infrastructure (AMI).
DIAN electronic invoicing rule that applies to freight and service invoices in Colombia.
Usually, yes. Samsara, Geotab and most GPS providers offer APIs for positions, engine events and driver logs. We bring that data into one dispatch view with alerts for delays or unplanned stops, so you keep the hardware already installed in your trucks and stop switching between portals to follow a load.
Yes. For shipments in Mexico we generate the CFDI with the Carta Porte complement through a PAC, tied to the load, truck and operator, so dispatch does not fill it out separately. For Colombian operations we report remesas and manifests to the RNDC from the same system where loads are created.
Yes. We read interval data from your meter data management system or from DLMS/COSEM meters, validate it and apply the time-of-use periods your utility defines. Customers see their usage and bills in a portal, and for US utilities we can offer Green Button downloads so customers can share their own data.
If a packaged TMS fits your lanes and customers, license it, and we will tell you so. Custom makes sense when you combine freight with regulatory filings like the RNDC or Carta Porte, run your own driver workflows, need EDI with specific shippers or want one system that also covers energy or field operations.
Your company, from the first day. Repositories, cloud accounts, telematics API keys and databases are registered to your organization, and we work as collaborators you can remove at any time. Load history, meter reads and customer records stay in your accounts, ready for whichever team maintains the system next.
Tell us how you dispatch, track and invoice today, or how your crews work in the field. We sign an NDA before you share manifests, customer lists or meter data.
